    Trip Overview

This 6-day Songpan Qizanggou Valley Trekking & Camping Tour takes you on a deeper journey through one of Sichuan’s most beautiful and less-visited alpine valleys.

Starting from Songpan, you will enter Qizanggou from Kakagou Valley and trek through forests, grasslands, mountain passes, and remote wilderness. Along the way, camp beside Changhai Lake and Yuhaizi Lake, cross the Qizanggou Ya Kou, and hike to the sacred Hongxinghaizi Lake surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery.

Unlike the shorter Qizanggou trekking route, this journey enters from Kakagou and finishes through Awenggou Valley, allowing you to experience more of Qizanggou’s diverse landscapes without retracing the entire route.

With local trekking guides, horse support, camping equipment, and meals arranged during the outdoor section, this tour is ideal for travelers looking for a deeper trekking and camping experience in the mountains around Songpan.
