    Trip Overview

    This route not only takes you to wonderlands in Sichuan - Jiuzhaigou & Huanglong, but also brings the biggest ice falls in China to you by visiting Hailuogou. Starting from Chengdu, you’ll visit the famous Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong Park and appreciate the magnificent views of Changhai Lake en route. Then you’ll stretch your leg to the Moxi Ancient Town to experience the local life. Finally, you’ll explore the primeval forest and ice glaciers in Hailuogou. After a cozy hot spring, you’ll go back to Chengdu for the flight back to Singapore.

    Day 1: Fly from Singapore to Chengdu

    Taking direct flight from Singapore Changi Airport to Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport. Upon arrival in Chengdu Airport, our guide will be meeting you and get you transferred to your hotel in Chengdu. The rest of the day is at leisure. (The international flight from Singapore to Chengdu, departing at 12:45, 16:00, 17:45, suggests to be booked by yourself.)

    Overnight in Chengdu

    Day 2: Chengdu - Panda Park/Dujiangyan - Songpan Ancient Town - Jiuzhaigou by road (420KM, 8 hours driving)

    You will be picked up at the hotel, escorted to our group assembling site, then we will start the trip to Jiuzhaigou.

    On the way you will see the Ruin of Wenchuan Earthquake, when passing Songpan Ancient Town, you can have a look and take pictures.

    At night, reach Jiuzhaigou, our guide will help you with hotel checking, you can either go for a walk or rest in hotel, prepare for the sightseeing on the next day.

    Today you will have a full day sightseeing of Jiuzhaigou, you will take shuttle bus inside Jiuzhaigou to transfer between different sites, and walk for a bit, to see the famous Long Sea and Nuorilang Falls.

    You will be amazed by Pearl Falls, you will feel the spray breezing your face, as if the drops from heaven.

    After viewing the magnificence of nature, you will have fresh thoughts about life.

    Stay overnight in Jiuzhaigou.

    Day 4: Jiuzhaigou - Huanglong National Park, back to Chengdu by road (310KM, 6-7 hours driving) (B)

    Today you will go to visit Huanglong Park first, experience cable car, view snow mountain with clear clouds on Huanglong viewing platform, you will walk to File-color-ponds, or choose to walk down from the mountain, instead of taking cable car.

    After lunch, you will start to go back to Chengdu, and arrive Chengdu at night.

    Our guide will arrange a car to drop you off at your hotel.

    Day 5 Chengdu - Ya’an - Luding Bridge - Moxi Ancient Town (B)

    You will be picked up at the hotel, then we will start the trip to Moxi Ancient Town.

    On the way you will see famous Luding Bridge,where heroic stories happened.

    In the afternoon, you will reach Moxi Ancient Town, you can choose to have a hot spring here.

    Day 6: Moxi Ancient Town - Hailuogou - Ya’an - Chengdu (B)

    Today you will visit Hailuogou, to have a hot spring and see glacier, the glacier is lying between snow mountain and forests, forming a unique view you will never forget.

    After lunch, we will start to drive back to Chengdu via Ya’an.

    Day 7: Depart from Chengdu

    The guide will transfer you to the airport and help you get on board. Hope you have a nice trip home and look forward to traveling with you again! (The direct international flight from Chengdu to Singapore, departing at 10:05, 13:45, 18:25, 23:10, suggests to be booked by yourself.)

    Price Exclusions

    2. Meals that are not specified in the itinerary (Averagely a meal in the 3rdpole region cost 3~10USD per person);
    3. Tips and gratuities for the trip leader and driver;
    4. The expense of a personal nature like alcoholic beverages, laundry, phone call, etc;
    5. Optional activities and excursions not specified in the itinerary;

    Itinerary Alteration

    Once we receive your tour deposit, which is followed by signing the contract, your reservation is secured with legitimacy. Our staff will reserve the accommodation, vehicle, site tickets, meals and more, and pay the deposit for our suppliers. So if you want to alter to another itinerary, you need to cover the deposit we've paid, while no service charge is needed if you make some changes on the itinerary you booked.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    If you cancel the tour because of your personal issues, you will be liable to pay cancellation charges that are bounded by 3rdpoletour.com cancellation policy as follows:

    1.) If you cancel the tour more than 30 days before the trip starts, you will forfeit 10% of the total land cost per person; 
    2.) If you cancel the tour 15-30 days prior to your trip start date, 20% of your total land tour cost will be forfeited as a cancellation fee. 
    3.) If you cancel the tour 7-15 days before the trip starts, you will forfeit 30% of land cost. 
    4.) If you cancel the tour 7 days prior to your tour start date, you will forfeit 50% of land cost. 
    5.) If you fail to show up or cancel at your scheduled arrival time without prior notice or later than that, you will forfeit 100% of the land cost.

    If the tour has to be cancelled because of the natural disaster or the government restrictions that is beyond both parties control, we will charge only USD50 per person, this is just the service fee and larbor fee during the preparation. This is a rare occurrence!
