Chengdu Giant Panda

In the morning, drive for about half an hour to Chengdu Panda Breeding and Research Center (known as Chengdu Panda Base), the home to more than 100 Giant Pandas, where you will catch pandas' feeding time (from 9 o’clock to 11 o’clock).

During the morning, they are at their most active, both adults and babies. Walking at leisure through the bamboo framed paths, you can closely observe Giant Pandas eating bamboos, playing with each other, tumbling, strolling, climbing trees, etc. Pandas in the base are divided into different zones in their ages. There is a kindergarten with toys for baby pandas, who are most naughty and active. You can hang on for a while to capture the vivid scene with your camera for a good memory. Of course, there are also lazy ones sleeping under the sunshine or falling into fantasy quietly, leaving tourists just a back of the figure. In the nursery, you can see newborn babies out of a windowpane. They are tiny and hairy, some just start to grow black hairs. You will be surprised by their adorable and naive performances. Please remember be quiet and don’t open flashlights when taking photos of them.

After that, we’ll escort you back to Chengdu and tour ends.
