Chengdu Wolong Pandas Base

In the morning, your tour guide will pick you up in the hotel in Chengdu and drive to Shenshuping Panda Base in Wolong Panda Reserve 110 kilometers away (about 2 hours' driving from Chengdu).

Upon arrival, your tour guide will assist you to sign up to get a uniform and gloves. Your guide will introduce you to the professional panda keepers. The panda keepers will guide you to meet the cute panda. After a visitation of panda enclosure, you will make your magical experience even more memorable by upgrading to hold a giant panda. Get your photos taken as you hold an adorable panda in an intimate environment. Finally, the base will present you the donation certificate and souvenir. The money raised by upgrading is donated to the non-profit center to continue vital research into the endangered species.

Notice: 1. Only 30 tourists are allowed to take close-up photos with pandas each day, so reservation has to be made to the panda base.
2. The donation amount is CNY1,800 per person.
3. Sometimes the program listed in the description could be adjusted according to health condition of the pandas. Please contact us in advance for confirmation.

In the afternoon, we will drive back from Wolong to Chengdu. You will be transferred back to your hotel in Chengdu downtown or the airport.
