Chengdu Panda Base Tour

Qingchengshan

In the morning, our tour guide & driver will pick you up from your hotel, and drive to Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding (known as Chengdu Panda Base) which is the best possible environment for rearing and breeding of giant pandas. Here, you can explore the daily life of the cute pandas, and see them eating bamboos, playing with companions and strolling at their active time (from 9 o’clock to 11 o’clock). You can also see some red pandas in the base.

In the noon, you will enjoy authentic Sichuan cuisine in a local restaurant before heading toward Qingchengshan.

After lunch, drive about 75 kilometers and 1 hour 13 min to Qingchengshan ( Mount Qingcheng ), the home of Taoism. You can have a rest on the vehicle for the mean time. After arriving, hike to Yuecheng Lake which lying quietly at the middle of the mountain. En route, experience the culture of Taoism in passing by temples and enjoy the fresh air in the forest.

After tour, be transferred back to your hotel in Chengdu downtown or the airport.
